Engram v1.5.1 — OpenCode JSONC & Session Scoping

Fixes two bugs and adds PR/issue templates for contributors.

Bug Fixes

• OpenCode JSONC support — engram setup opencode now correctly detects opencode.jsonc files and strips JSONC comments before parsing (#18)
• Session ID scoping — default session IDs are now scoped by project name, preventing cross-project session collisions (#25)

• Added corner-case tests for JSONC stripping and session scoping
