Patch release

This patch tightens the v1.13 cloud rollout and improves OpenCode setup.

Changes

• engram setup opencode now also enables opencode-subagent-statusline in the OpenCode TUI config when possible.
• Setup remains non-fatal when MCP or TUI config injection fails, with manual fallback instructions.
• Updated setup/plugin docs for tui.json and tui.jsonc.
• Fine-tuned the Audit Log filter button line height in the cloud dashboard.
