One fix for the map pictures: a short FloodWait no longer ends the run. No migration, nothing else changes. Docker deployments only need the new pins.
Fixed
- A short FloodWait no longer stops the map pictures and the details backfill. Telethon sleeps a wait under the threshold only when it already knew about it; one the map request raises came straight back, and a 3 second wait ended the run. The map fetch now sleeps a wait up to
MEDIA_FLOOD_SLEEP_THRESHOLDitself and asks again, and only a longer one pauses the pictures.
