A whitelist for which media is downloaded, and a viewer restricted to one account now reads statistics that count only that account.

DOWNLOAD_MEDIA_TYPES and DOWNLOAD_DOCUMENT_MIME_TYPES choose which media is fetched. Both are empty by default, which downloads everything as before. The first is a whitelist of media types (photo, video, video_note, animation, voice, audio, sticker, document, webpage). The second narrows document to the MIME types it names, matched exactly or by the filename extension the system MIME database derives from them, so a PDF that Telegram labels application/octet-stream but names report.pdf still counts. Filtered media is recorded with its name, MIME and size; only the file stays on Telegram, and relaxing the filter later fetches it on the next retry pass. A value that can never match, such as image/* or a bare pdf, is rejected at startup rather than matching nothing. Polls and contacts carry no file and are always recorded. The filter is applied inside the pending-media query, so filtered rows cannot fill the retry batch ahead of genuine failures. An archive captured before 8.5.0 typed round videos as video; run reclassify-round-videos once before relying on video_note here. Contributed by @i2z1 in #463.

A viewer restricted to one account reads only that account's statistics. The per-chat message counts behind /api/stats were keyed by chat id alone, so a restricted login's chat and message totals included the other account's messages in every shared chat, and for a one-to-one chat, whose id is the other party's user id, the sum of two unrelated conversations. Counts are now keyed by account and chat. A statistics blob written by an earlier version cannot say which account a count belongs to, so until the next daily calculation, or a POST /api/stats/refresh, a restricted viewer reads zeros rather than the other account's numbers. The archive-wide totals an unrestricted login sees are unchanged. The per-chat map itself, which nothing in the viewer read, is no longer returned.
A folder's chat count and its rows belong to one account. The count credited a folder with the other account's membership rows, and a restricted viewer could be handed another account's folder with its title. Each row now counts its own account's members, and a folder with no visible chats is dropped as before.
