Windows 10 Initial Release - This is a 'portable' release that should work on Windows 10 x86, x64, and ARM as long as the .net core framework is installed. It'll use the 'my pictures' folder automatically. When filing issues, please specify that you used this release version so I can track it.
To run, simply launch the .exe!
