Added:
- Ability to reboot, shutdown, change the infobar, go forward, back, pause, go to first slide, and update file list from the webUI
-Control UI now stays open when buttons are hit (page refreshes, but tab stays there)

- Ability to change infobar from 'Settings' section
Changed
- Settings are now 'context aware' in that if they affect a setting, they should immediately take place, but not refresh the directories. This fixes the bug where changing settings was going back to the first slide.
- Directory settings such as shuffle, adding/removing directories, or anything that would change the file list will still refresh the file list
Note: The previous/next is currently 'image' aware only. If you use it with videos you will likely either get no behavior, or odd behavior.
Note: Shutdown will take 60 seconds to shut down currently. Will fix in next update, caught it late.
