Bugfix release

Infobar is rewritten. Now a user can set a 'mode'. The mode can be Clock, Filename, or Off currently.
-- Fixed a bug in the infobar where it wasn't changing till the next slide
--Comands to control this via the webUI will come in the near future. -
Added initial work for commands. Currently added Screen on/off (Linux only). The 'engine' is there now to expand this.

Fixed a bug where the screen didn't get a proper resolution on first run. This may fix a number of rendering issues we were having.

Fixed a bug where on first run, the timer would wait a full slideshow cycle before showing the first image. this should make the first image time much faster

Added additional logging in several buggy areas to get a better idea of what's going on
