Execution Readiness View

• Added an advisory Execution Readiness View so medium/high-risk plans,
  subagent handoffs, long-running work, and contract-sensitive changes can make
  execution expectations explicit before implementation.
• Rendered the view from existing drafts, plans, checkpoints, and baseline docs
  instead of introducing a new authoritative artifact owner.
• Documented the view shape in the runtime-ready boundary: intent lock, scope
  fence, baseline lock, approved behavior, owner and contract constraints,
  compatibility boundary, retirement boundary, task batches, test obligations,
  review gates, drift and rewind rules, evidence required before completion,
  and advisory boundary.

Workflow Integration

• Updated writing-plans to decide when the view is required and render it
  before execution handoff for architecture, contract, compatibility,
  retirement-sensitive, subagent, and long-running plans.
• Updated executing-plans and long-task-continuation so active slices are
  compared against the view during resume, implementation, and drift handling.
• Updated verification-before-completion so the view constrains readback and
  verification coverage without becoming verification evidence by itself.

Boundary And Schema Discipline

• Updated the artifact schema, process baseline, workflow guide, and workflow
  quality baseline to keep Execution Readiness View human-readable and
  advisory.
• Explicitly rejected Execution Readiness View as a new JSON artifact type,
  authoritative GateDecision, authoritative PolicySnapshot, or final
  completion authority.
• Preserved the Aegis visibility behavior introduced in v2.3.2; this release
  does not weaken loaded-skill entry visibility or final closeout visibility.

  authoritative GateDecision, PolicySnapshot, or completion authority.
