Keep brainstorming inside the compaction ceiling. Its instruction surface dropped from 25,185 to 19,540 bytes by moving the seven conditional design artifacts into the existing on-demand expanded-design-guidance.md and the one-time Grilling opening card into grilling-mode-reference.md. Every artifact name, routing rule, gate, and handoff condition stays in SKILL.md.
Add a skill-size guard: any skills/*/SKILL.md at or above 20,000 bytes now fails the suite, with a warning from 18,000. test-driven-development sits at 18,169 and is the next one to watch.
Harden the Windows hook launcher. It now probes the per-user Git for Windows install, validates remaining bash hits by absolute path and executable name, and rejects both WSL forwarders and any candidate inside the current directory, so a planted bash.cmd can no longer run at session start.
Add tests/e2e/hook-launcher-resolution-check.sh, which drives the real launcher from a directory containing a planted bash.cmd and fails if that script runs or the hook stops exiting 0.
Synchronize all eight package/plugin versions at 2.15.0. Upgrade through the existing Git or host plugin route and reload/restart as required.

加固 Windows 钩子启动器：优先探测用户级 Git 安装，其余 bash 命中须通过绝对路径与文件名校验，并拒绝两个 WSL 转发入口及落在当前目录的候选，仓库内投放的 bash.cmd 不再可能在会话启动时被执行。
新增 tests/e2e/hook-launcher-resolution-check.sh：在含预置 bash.cmd 的目录中驱动真实启动器，一旦该脚本被执行或钩子不再返回 0 即失败。
同步八处 package/plugin 版本号至 2.15.0。沿用现有 Git 或宿主插件升级方式，按需重启或重新加载。
