trace relevant data, control, and state influences, justify exclusions, and
resolve unknowns that could change the solution. Diagnostic experiments may
precede closure; small fixes keep the same evidence standard with compact readback. - Check sufficient failure paths masked by earlier failures, independent and
joint causes, timing, and feedback. Repair each evidenced cause at its owner
instead of forcing independent causes into one owner or treating alternative
in-scope failure paths as optional defense-in-depth. - Distinguish confirmed causes, scoped causal closure, and verified outcomes.
Reopen diagnosis when symptoms persist or shift; verify the original outcome,
relevant interactions, counterexamples, and preserved behavior. Review cards
support evidence-backed judgment rather than mechanical certification. - Preserve causal scope, evidence, counterevidence, and consequential unknowns
across long-task handoffs. Add five causal-coverage behavior scenarios and
update deterministic contracts; these are not measured performance claims. - Synchronize all eight package/plugin versions at
2.14.2. Upgrade through
existing Git or host plugin routes and reload/restart as required. Both manual
global routing-prefix mirrors remain compatible and need no re-copy.
Published host limitations remain unchanged; Aegis remains a method pack
without authoritative runtime or completion authority.
