truthful delivery, and legitimate behavior during repairs. - Check requirements and results in both directions for omissions and unsupported
additions. Trace observed meaning changes across understanding, expression,
execution, and delivery without mistaking the first divergence for a proven
root cause. - Update entry guidance, first-principles review, code review, debugging, and
completion verification. Authorized summaries and evidence-based corrections
remain valid; no extra approval, mandatory six-item report, separate runtime
gate, or exhaustive equivalence proof is introduced. - Add six workflow-quality scenarios and matrix validation rules covering valid
summaries, unsupported strengthening, updated evidence, reviewer authority,
first observed distortion, and bounded verification. Evaluate costs across
complete tasks; this release makes no measured performance-improvement claim. - Synchronize all eight package/plugin versions at
2.14.0. Upgrade through the
existing Git or host plugin route and restart/reload as required. Both manual
global routing-prefix mirrors remain compatible and need no re-copy. - Retain published host limitations, including pending Antigravity live skill
loading, task routing, and session refresh. Aegis remains a method pack without
authoritative runtime or completion authority.

Verification / 验证
- Linux full host-neutral release checks passed all four groups. Windows fast-profile host checks passed both live Codex skill-loading smokes, OpenCode base compatibility, and Codex plugin synchronization. The Windows aggregate's only failure was the documented Linux-only offline benchmark fixture (known limitations §2.32); that unchanged check passed in Linux.
