ZCode Host Adaptation (Structural, Full Parity)

Registered ZCode as a structural host target, on equal footing with the other 13 hosts. ZCode natively reads .claude-plugin/marketplace.json (Claude Code plugin format), so Aegis's existing plugin skeleton works with zero code changes.

Highlights

• New docs/README.zcode.md - install via /plugin marketplace add GanyuanRan/Aegis then /plugin install aegis@aegis-dev; @-prefix SKILL.md skill discovery; AGENTS.md repository guidance; ZCode Memory surface.
• New tests/e2e/zcode-host-boundary-check.sh - 25 assertions across 10 boundary surfaces plus guide content; registered in layer1-fast-check.sh.
• Cross-surface sync - host compatibility matrix (3.2 table, 4 prose, 5 evidence sources), release checklist, known-limitations 2.22, prompt-hygiene host list, English & Chinese root README host tables.
• Policy test parity - ZCode added to the install-verification, goal-framing, and activation-mode policy test arrays.
• Version bump 2.1.3 -> 2.1.4 across all 8 declared files.

Status

Kept at structural with no fresh-smoke claim, consistent with the other 12 non-Codex/OpenCode hosts. The fresh-smoke upgrade is deferred to the 2.22 Retirement Trigger.

Verification

layer1-fast-check.sh --host-profile none passes 25/25, including the new ZCode host boundary check.
