README Install And Update Clarity

• Split the root README quick-start flow into a pure install path and a
  separate update path.
• Simplified the copyable install prompt so it no longer mixes first-time
  installation with method-pack updates.
• Documented both natural-language update requests and the explicit
  aegis:update skill request as routes into the local scripts/aegis-update.py
  host-scoped update path.

Command-First Activation Mode

• Simplified activation-mode guidance in the English and Chinese root READMEs:
  users now run python scripts/aegis-doctor.py activation-mode explicit
  from the installed method-pack root instead of manually creating
  config.toml.
• Kept detailed configuration paths and host caveats in the canonical
  activation-mode current doc.
• Updated the activation-mode e2e policy check so root READMEs are validated
  for the command-first path.

Version

• Bumped all declared plugin, marketplace, package, and extension manifests to
  1.8.1.
