baselines so high-value workflows can catch weak direction earlier without
becoming persona commands, approval gates, or runtime authority.
Added a Product Risk Lens to brainstorming for value, non-goals,
trade-offs, and decision-needed clarity before implementation.
Added a Plan Pressure Test to writing-plans for owner / contract /
retirement risk, verification scope, and task executability before task
decomposition.

Updated requesting-code-review and the canonical reviewer template with a
Findings First lens that prioritizes bugs first, risk first, tests first.
Added a Readiness Summary to verification-before-completion for release,
merge, and handoff checks covering tests, docs, version, host compatibility,
uncovered scope, and residual risk.
Added a Retro / Memory Filter to recording-architecture-decisions so
executed durable decisions can become ADR or baseline memory while unexecuted
ideas stay out of accepted architecture memory.

Added six representative workflow-quality samples covering product risk,
plan pressure, findings-first review, release readiness, retro memory
filtering, and fast-path no-persona behavior.
Extended workflow-quality-check.sh to lock the new lenses, compact output
contracts, and boundary rules across the owning skills.
Preserved the method-pack boundary: these lenses are advisory workflow
structures only and do not add merge approval, publish authorization,
authoritative GateDecision, or completion authority.
