Retired Browser Visual Companion

• Removed the inherited browser-based visual companion from the brainstorming
  workflow. Aegis no longer offers to open a local browser URL for mockups,
  diagrams, or visual option selection during brainstorming.
• Deleted the companion guide, local server scripts, frame/helper assets, and
  tests/brainstorm-server/ lifecycle/protocol suite.
• Kept brainstorming focused on method-pack design discipline: context intake,
  clarifying questions, options, design/spec approval, and handoff to
  writing-plans.

Maintenance Guardrails

• Removed the retired brainstorm-server version-audit exclusion and updated
  the Codex plugin sync comment so maintenance scripts no longer refer to the
  deleted companion surface.
• Added a workflow-quality regression check that prevents brainstorming from
  reintroducing browser visual companion prompts.
