Summary

• Added goal-framing as an opt-in entry for /aegis-goal <task> and portable Aegis goal: <task> prompts.
• Added explicit goal frames with goal, success evidence, stop condition, non-goals, route, and next action before onward workflow routing.
• Added Goal Closure to verification-before-completion so completion claims compare fresh evidence against the latest goal frame, stop state, and non-goals.
• Added SubagentContextPacket as a compact subagent handoff shape and extended TaskIntentDraft with optional goal-framing fields.
• Documented portable Aegis goal: usage across README files, workflow guides, and Codex, OpenCode, Claude Code, CodeBuddy, DeepSeek-TUI, and Trae host guides.
• Hardened the version bump script with a Python JSON fallback for environments where jq is not available.

Boundary

This release still ships Aegis Method Pack (runtime-ready). Goal Framing, Goal Closure, and SubagentContextPacket are advisory method-pack discipline and runtime-ready inputs only. They do not add an authoritative GateDecision, PolicySnapshot, evidence sufficiency decision, host daemon, automatic stop enforcement, or completion authority.

Residual Risk

No new live release-level smoke verdict was added for Claude Code, CodeBuddy, DeepSeek-TUI, Trae, Cursor, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI beyond the existing documented compatibility snapshot. The release gate did include Codex representative smoke, OpenCode base suite, and Codex plugin sync regression through the fast E2E profile.
