Hardened Install Verification

• Complete-install gate — tightened the root English and Chinese README
  install/update prompts so agents must run
  python scripts/aegis-doctor.py --write-config --json from the Aegis
  method-pack root.
• Durable helper path readback — documented that installation or update is
  complete only when the doctor JSON reports "ok": true,
  "workspaceSupport": "available", and "configStatus": "configured".
• Discovery-root check — kept separate host skill discovery validation via
  --discovery-root <path> for hosts that expose a distinct skill discovery
  directory, reducing the chance that a stale copied skill tree is mistaken for
  a complete install.

Host Documentation

• Updated Codex, OpenCode, Claude Code, CodeBuddy, DeepSeek-TUI, and Trae
  install/troubleshooting guides to use the hardened complete-install
  verification command.
• Updated the host compatibility snapshot, known limitations, and trigger
  health baseline so install/version diagnosis uses the same configured helper
  path readback.

Regression Coverage

• Added tests/e2e/install-verification-policy-check.sh to prevent public
  install docs from regressing to weak "skill discovery only" verification.
• Wired the new install verification policy check into Layer 1 fast
  verification.

Boundary

This release still ships Aegis Method Pack (runtime-ready). The hardened
doctor readback verifies method-pack installation and workspace-helper wiring;
it does not grant authoritative GateDecision, PolicySnapshot, or
completion authority.
