Workflow Guide Entry Points

• English workflow guide — Added docs/current/AEGIS_WORKFLOW_GUIDE.md to explain how Aegis triggers, routes, classifies, reads baselines, executes, verifies, and closes engineering tasks.
• Chinese workflow guide — Added docs/current/AEGIS_WORKFLOW_GUIDE_ZH.md so Chinese-speaking users can quickly understand how Aegis works before installing it.
• README discovery links — Added workflow guide links before Minimal Install in README.md and before 极简安装 in README.zh-CN.md, giving new users a clear reading path before installation.
• Current docs index — Registered both workflow guides in docs/current/README.md as part of the public current baseline and document role map.

Boundary

• The workflow guides are explanatory entry points only. They do not add runtime authority.
• This release still ships Aegis Method Pack (runtime-ready). It does not add authoritative GateDecision, PolicySnapshot, or completion authority.
