v1.1.3 - Local Patch Suppression Gate

latest releases: v2.13.0, v2.12.3, v2.12.2...

Patch Fix

  • Added a pre-change local patch suppression gate to systematic debugging.
  • Agents now need to pause before turning quick local guards, keyword rules, fallback growth, consumer-side fixes, or sample-specific exceptions into implementation changes.
  • Strengthened the owner-first repair discipline so suspicious patch shapes must identify the canonical owner, source-of-truth boundary, and decision path before code edits.

Regression Coverage

  • Added tests/e2e/debugging-patch-shape-gate-check.sh to lock the new debugging policy.
  • Added the new debugging policy check to Layer 1 fast verification.
  • Updated the TDD policy check to expect both patch-shape triage and ripple signal triage before risky fixes.

Verification

  • bash scripts/bump-version.sh --check
  • bash tests/e2e/debugging-patch-shape-gate-check.sh
  • bash tests/e2e/tdd-policy-check.sh
  • git diff --check
  • python tests/helpers/test_parse_codex_skills.py
  • python scripts/aegis-doctor.py --json
  • bash tests/e2e/layer1-fast-check.sh --host-profile none
  • bash tests/e2e/run-all.sh --full --host-profile none

Boundary

This release still ships Aegis Method Pack (runtime-ready). It does not add authoritative GateDecision, PolicySnapshot, or completion authority.
