v1.1.2 - Claude Code Hook Permission Fix

Patch Fix

• Marked hooks/run-hook.cmd as executable in Git so Linux / WSL2 Claude Code plugin caches can run the SessionStart wrapper without /bin/sh: ... Permission denied.
• Documented the temporary workaround for already-installed v1.1.0 / v1.1.1 plugin caches.

Regression Coverage

• Added tests/e2e/claude-hook-permissions-check.sh to verify hooks/run-hook.cmd and hooks/session-start are tracked as 100755.
• Added the Claude hook permission check to Layer 1 fast verification.
• The check also parses hooks/hooks.json to confirm Claude Code SessionStart still routes through hooks/run-hook.cmd.

Boundary

This release still ships Aegis Method Pack (runtime-ready). It does not add authoritative GateDecision, PolicySnapshot, or completion authority.
