Issue fix

• [Raytracing] Intermittent hangs with early pair compression enabled

Note:

• There is a crash issue with Vulkan loader 1.3.275, which is fixed by
  KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Loader@7ed0f38.
  Please use older version loader to run the driver.
