Fixed bug in gam <UserTypeEntity> print messages|threads ... showlabels countsonly labelmatchpattern <REMatchPattern>
where label counts were not correctly displayed.

Updated gam <UserTypeEntity> [create] label <String> to display the ID of the created label.

Upgraded to Python 3.15.0.
