ERROR: There are no scopes authorized for the API(s): Cloud Identity API - User Invitations
with this error message:
Email Address: user@domain.com, Does not exist
when no Cloud Identity scopes are enabled other than Cloud Identity API - User Invitations.
All other userinvitation commands are also fixed.
