Fixes
- Pipelines no longer leave a
pipeline-…copy of the file next to the result - Pipeline steps that save next to the original no longer replace it when the format stays the same
- Changing the compression or size of a pipeline's result now changes the file the pipeline made instead of the original, and doesn't repeat its uploads or links
- Downscaling a result after converting it no longer shrinks the original too
- Compression changes now apply to cropped or downscaled HEIC, AVIF, JPEG XL and WebP images
- MKV, WMV and FLV videos are no longer skipped by the CLI and conversion rules
