Fixes
- Multi-word searches for files with Korean, Japanese, or accented names now find the file even when extra text sits between your search terms
- A slow or unresponsive drive no longer freezes the app while showing search results or tidying up after indexing
- Loading the list of installed apps (used for the Open With menu) no longer risks a brief freeze
