Improvements & Fixes
- Fixed Library screen scrolling on lower-resolution phones.
- Fixed the Library home page so Favorites, Downloads, Periodic Table, and Chemical Database cards remain reachable when the screen height is limited.
- Kept the existing scrolling behavior for Favorites, Downloads, Chemical Database, and Periodic Table screens.
Technical Changes
- Added a bounded scroll area to the Library home content.
- Kept the Library header and controls stable while allowing the Library card list to scroll.
