Hotkeys

• [Alt] + [Enter] = Switch between windowed and fullscreen mode
• [Ctrl] + [Tab] = Unlock cursor
• [Right Alt] + [Right Ctrl] = Unlock cursor
• [Alt] + [Page Down] = Maximize window
