Madeira gets Stable and Nightly once Madeira 0.2.0 is out. Until then it installs the newest build of its main branch, as before, with nothing to pick. From 0.2.0 on, Stable installs the newest release and Nightly the newest build of main.

Fixed

An imported SideStore, LiveContainer + SideStore or Madeira .ipa is now set up just like the download, including SideStore's pairing file and certificate (#108). Where GitHub can't be reached, as in mainland China, a card explains how to bring the .ipa this way.
Apps with an ExtensionKit extension (in Extensions rather than PlugIns) install instead of failing with “Mismatched bundle IDs”: those extensions now get the app's new bundle ID, its provisioning profile and their own signature (#110).
Apps with data after a binary's signature, such as IPAs taken from a TrollStore install, can be signed instead of stopping with “cannot grow a code signature that is not at the end of the Mach-O slice” (#109).
Side by Side's progress bar now moves during “Install on their iPhone” too.

A certificate can be exported without a password (#99). Feather and other signing apps import such a .p12; a Mac's Keychain needs one with a password.
