v4.3.0 - Force removal of devices, version in the panel

• force option for orphan_cleaner.delete_orphan_devices. Removes the listed devices, and their entities, even when the scan does not flag them as orphans. It requires device_ids. Thanks to @donavanbecker for proposing it and contributing the first implementation (#17).
• What force removes is logged first. Each device, its entities and the automations, scripts or scenes still using them are written to the log as warnings, also with dry_run.
• Version in the panel. The panel shows the installed version at the top.

When force helps

force is for devices that their integration no longer provides but never removed from the registry. If the integration still has the device, for example an ESPHome or Shelly device with its own entry under Settings > Devices & services, the device comes back after a restart or reload. Delete such a device from its integration instead. Entities still in use are not protected, so run with dry_run: true first.

• The version used in the log and to refresh the panel after an update is now read from manifest.json. It had been left at 4.2.1.
