v2.1.0 — Ignore Platforms
- New "Ignore platforms" field in the control bar
- Add platforms as removable pill tags (Enter or + Add button)
- Ignored entities remain visible in the table but greyed out and non-interactive
- Counters and table update correctly when adding/removing ignored platforms
- Rescan respects ignored platforms — counters stay consistent
