As usual, first of all: thanks for their help and feedback to Adarkas and especially Kisnou. Most of those new features come from his ideas!
What's new:
- New Apps & Services → Steam game action: pick any game installed in your Steam library and the key launches it. On display keys the key automatically shows the game's own icon. No Steam login needed.
- New Long press options for keys: keep a key held to repeat its action at an interval you choose (for example, volume keeps going up while you hold the key), or give it a second action that runs on a long press. Available on DisplayPad, MacroPad, Everest Max and Everest 60.
- New Modifiers option for keys: give a key a different action — and, on the DisplayPad, a different picture — when Ctrl, Shift, Alt or Win is held. While you hold a modifier on your keyboard, the DisplayPad keys that have a picture for it switch to it, and go back as soon as you release.
- New Action wheel for the DisplayPad: a key can open a wheel that temporarily replaces the keys around it with their own actions and icons, with a colored outline around the wheel. The opening key becomes the "back" key, and every other key on the panel keeps running as usual.
What's fixed:
- Fixed a crash when binding a key to System → Audio device (the app closed without any error message).
- Fixed the K2 icon disappearing from the system tray after Windows Explorer restarted, which left K2 running but unreachable until it was ended from Task Manager.
- Fixed the Everest Max Display Dial freezing after loading a custom image, which also stopped the keyboard lighting from responding until the profile was recreated.
What needs fixing:
