What's fixed:
- Profiles can be deleted on Everest and there should not be missing icons on Everest numpad and Displaypad
- Profiles should import flawlessly from XML and Base Camp database execpt for icon uploading to the numpad
- Now Base Camp restarts when K2 is closed and is stopped when it starts to avoid conflicts on USB protocols.

- New button to export log directly in general settings
