Listenbrainz User Agent Correction

A misreading of the new Listenbrainz User-Agent requirements introduced in 0.17.0 has been clarified: contact is not required for regular users, only developers.

The contact (File/AIO) and LZ_CONTACT (ENV) config options have been made completely optional with updated language. You should only use these options if you are using a forked version of multi-scrobbler.
