🐛 Bug Fixes
- Config overrides is now a dependency of every patch that records a config key, so a ticked patch can no longer collect a key that nothing writes. Unticking the writer used to make all of them silently do nothing
- Add your own media apps as Waze audio partners depends on the manifest fix and the writer, so selecting it alone produces a build where its entries are reachable
- Allow high refresh rate now fails the patch run when it cannot find its target, instead of logging zero sites and reporting success
