Mac Catalyst builds link again. The bundled NemoTextProcessing xcframework (text-processing-rs v0.3.1) now ships an ios-arm64_x86_64-maccatalyst slice and a universal iOS Simulator slice (arm64 + x86_64); v0.15.6–v0.15.8 had no Catalyst or Intel-simulator slice, so those builds failed to link. No API changes.
