Floorp supports Turkish!

Turkish is not included at 11.1.0. But @xe1st submits us translation! Thanks for him contribution!

ℹ️ Changed

• Floorp's deployment scripts are renewal by @nyanrus. If user got trouble that relate to update, please open issue on GitHub.

• Floorp's design (border) is back to Floorp 10.

• Workspaces is disabled by default.

• Tab bar settings are rewriting to JavaScript. Because of this, some bugs relate to tab are fixed.

• User.js selection feature is renewed. If you select other user,js, Your customizations are Initialization.

• Workspaces label names Show/Un show toggle is added at Floorp's workspace preferences page.

• Some bugs are related to Workspaces are fixed.
• Workspaces default name is cannot rename from other workspace. This bug is fiexd.
• Multi-row tabs has no capability with Lepton when Floorp is compact mode. This bug is fixed.
• Fixed some bugs relate to Fluerial & GnomeUI.
