4.0.1 – Right-click on the bookmarks bar

A small one. @atrehhoff mentioned it in passing in the 4.1 cleanup thread, and it turned into a quick fix with one limit that Firefox doesn't let me get around.

Fixed

• Right-clicking a bookmark on the dynamic bookmarks bar no longer hides the bar behind its context menu. The bar now stays open while the pointer is on the menu. If you move the pointer off the open menu, the bar hides until you return to it, since Firefox doesn't mark the context menu as open. Right-clicking bookmarks in the hamburger menu, the menu bar or the sidebar doesn't pop the bar open. (#74, reported by @atrehhoff)

Notes

• Only userChrome.css changed. userContent.css just carries the new version number, so there's no need to copy it again.
• 4.1 will be a cleanup round that removes or merges some options. If you have any of them set to something other than the default, please say so in #73 before November 8.
• Every option is explained in the customisation guide.
• Tested with the default settings on Firefox 158 on Windows with browser.nova.enabled set to true.
