3.9.6 – Room at the edge
@atrehhoff put a flexible space in front of the new tab button to give his tabs more room, and the button slid under the extensions button. He sent a fix, @snkiz pointed out that any button could end up in that spot, and Allan reworked it to cover them all. Testing turned up one more case with hidden extension icons, which is fixed as well.
Fixed
- A button at the end of the tab strip, pushed to the right by a flexible space, no longer slides under the hamburger and the extensions button. This covers the new tab button as well as downloads, home or any other button. (#65, by @atrehhoff)
- With
--uc-hide-extension-iconsenabled, a button right before the hidden extension icons keeps its distance from the hamburger and moves aside when the icons reveal. (follow-up to #65)
Notes
- Only
userChrome.csschanged.userContent.cssjust carries the new version number, no need to copy it again. - Tested on Firefox 158 on Windows with
browser.nova.enabledset totrue. @atrehhoff tested his fix on Firefox 158 on macOS.
