3.9.3 – Popups stay put
With hidden extension icons, opening an extension's popup turned into a small chase. As soon as the pointer left the icon to move into the popup, the icons collapsed, the cluster slid to the right and took the popup with it. @C-O-D tracked it down and sent the fix.

- With
--uc-hide-extension-iconsenabled, the revealed icons now stay expanded while an extension popup is open, so the popup no longer moves away from the pointer. They collapse again once the popup is closed and the pointer has left the bar. The extensions button and hamburger menus keep their current behaviour. (#61, fix by @C-O-D)
