3.8.7 – Clearing out the violet
The dialog for clearing browsing data and cookies was still dressed entirely in Nova: violet accents, rounded corners, a tinted background. Firefox moved it to a new location a while ago, and FoxOne's rules for the preferences dialogs were simply looking in the old one. Opened with Ctrl+Shift+Del, it turned out to live somewhere else again.
Fixed
- The "Clear browsing data and cookies" dialog in the privacy settings now follows the FoxOne palette and square corners, including the dropdown, the warning box and the buttons.
- The same dialog opened with Ctrl+Shift+Del gets the same treatment. Its frame no longer shows Nova's violet-tinted background and rounded corners.
Notes
- Both files changed this time. Copy the new
userContent.cssinto your profile'schromefolder, then restart Firefox. - The square frame applies to every dialog that opens inside the browser window, not just this one. With
--uc-rounded: 1they all follow your radius.
