Fix
Extension icons in the URL bar are auto-hidden again. The reveal-on-hover rule listed each add-on icon by its individual ID, so a newly added extension's icon stayed permanently visible instead of hiding with the rest. FoxOne now targets all add-on URL-bar icons by their shared class, so every current and future extension icon hides at rest and reappears on hover or focus.
