If you use Chrome or Edge you can install by clicking directly on TWP_9.8.0b2_Chromium.crx if you run the new file twp-registry-install.reg.

    1. Open website pdf.translatewebpages.org
    2. Select or drag and drop a PDF file
    3. The translation will start immediately and happen dynamically as you scroll through the page
