test(ui): UX-A2 (v1.58.65) — lock-test on Modes structured field-form. The 5-field structured form for #/config → Modes was already shipped in v1.54.3 (canonical Target Roles / Adaptive Framing / Exit Narrative / Comp Targets / Location Policy + repeatable line-inputs for list-kind fields + × remove + add-row affordance + tagged {mode: sections|markdown} collect()). The UX-A2 audit assumed it was missing because all 5 sections initially appeared as <textarea> (an artifact of the field-form scaffolding pass before file load). This regression-lock test in tests/qa-report-fixes.test.mjs prevents a future PR from collapsing the field-form back to raw markdown. No code change. 960 → 961 unit. (UX-A2)
