WS8.1 — unified CLI dispatcher + doctor verb.

AutoResearchClaw-style one-command workflow. bin/career-ops-ui.sh dispatches setup / run / doctor / init / help; package.json bin.career-ops-ui points at it.

✨ Features

• feat(cli): bin/career-ops-ui.sh dispatcher — setup → bin/setup.sh (existing one-command bootstrap), run → bin/start.sh, doctor → scripts/doctor.mjs, init → scripts/init.mjs (WS8.1 stub; interactive provider wizard = WS8.2), help. Backward-compat career-ops-ui-start bin alias kept.
• feat(cli): scripts/doctor.mjs — standalone health check that reuses the exact /api/health engine (spins createApp() in-process on an ephemeral port → renders the JSON to a colorized terminal report). Single source of truth — doctor can never drift from the Health page. Exit 0 iff every REQUIRED check is green, exit 1 otherwise, so setup / CI can gate on it. No new deps; read-only.

🧪 Tests

• test(cli): tests/cli-doctor.test.mjs — 6 cases: formatReport pure logic (all-pass / required-fail / optional-only-fail / empty-tolerant), dispatcher verb-routing canary, package.json bin wiring. 616 → 622.
