Docs alignment + #/batch --max-retries N UI surface. Closes two open backlog items raised by qa/QA-PROMPT-docs-vs-app.md.

✨ Features

feat(batch): surface --max-retries N control on #/batch (Issue #2) — the canonical batch-evaluate-offers guide documents --max-retries N (default 2) but pre-v1.28 the SPA had no way to set it; users were stuck on the runner default.
- public/js/views/batch.js — new numeric input (1..10), disabled by default, enables only when "Retry failed" is checked. Clears its value when retry is unchecked so an orphaned value can't leak into the next run.
- server/lib/routes/batch.mjs — GET /api/stream/batch?retry=1&maxRetries=N: parses via parseInt, range-validates 1 ≤ N ≤ 10, silently drops out-of-range/non-integer values (UI is the hard contract; server is defense-in-depth). No-op without --retry-failed.
- i18n: 2 new keys × 8 locales (batch.maxRetriesLbl, batch.maxRetriesAria) in public/js/lib/i18n-dict.js.

📝 Documentation

docs: align AI-assistant list to career-ops.org/docs canonical (Issue #1) — the upstream Quick Start lists Claude Code / Codex / OpenCode / Qwen CLI. Pre-v1.28 we drifted to Claude Code / Codex / Cursor / Gemini CLI / GitHub Copilot CLI, identically across all 8 locales. Resolution: aligned downstream.
- 8 help-bundles (docs/help/<locale>.md) — intro paragraph + comparison-table row both now match upstream canonical. One-liner appended: "other Claude-compatible CLIs work too via the same slash-command surface", localized per locale.
- 8 READMEs (README*.md) — intro paragraph aligned with the same one-liner. The "Multi-CLI" feature bullet (about web-ui's own CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md/GEMINI.md shim files, not about career-ops upstream) deliberately retains its wider list (Cursor / Aider / Gemini CLI) since those CLIs do drive our shims.

🧪 Tests

test(canonical-docs): AI-list regression canaries — 2 new canaries in tests/canonical-docs-coverage.test.mjs:
- Every help-bundle + README must contain "OpenCode" and "Qwen CLI".
- No help-bundle or README may contain the pre-v1.28 stale phrase "Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI" (Latin or CJK delimiter).
test(batch): tests/batch-max-retries.test.mjs — 7 cases covering: present (maxRetries=3 → flag appended), out-of-range upper (=11 → dropped), out-of-range lower (=0 → dropped), non-integer (=abc → dropped), without retry=1 (always dropped), no-param (runner default 2 wins), combined-with-all-other-flags.
506 → 515 unit + acceptance tests (+ 7 max-retries + 2 AI-list canaries). Playwright 32/32 unchanged.

G-005 A-G → A-F report-block realignment — still requires a coordinated commit on the parent santifer/career-ops modes/oferta.md. Tracked in qa/REGRESSION-v1.27.md §11.
