[1.269.2] — 2026-11-07

Concurrent report saves can no longer clobber each other (review follow-up) — the report save moved to server/lib/report-save.mjs::saveReportExclusive: the FIRST attempt and the epoch-suffix dedup path are BOTH kernel-exclusive (wx); two concurrent pipelines saving the same slug each get their own file and their own name back (the old fallback write was a plain w and could overwrite an epoch-suffixed report). The race contract is now proven BEHAVIORALLY (fresh write / never-clobber / distinct-slugs / 512 KB bound) instead of pinning source strings.
The manual report-save route closes its check-then-write window — POST /api/reports without overwrite now writes exclusive (wx) and surfaces the same 409 on a slug that appears mid-flight; semantics unchanged (suite green).
README banner chain — the EN README's «Latest release» block was still announcing v1.268.0 (the ×18 mirrors were current; the EN source of truth was missed in the v1.269.0/1 fan-out). Now v1.269.1 lead + v1.269.0 previous, per the banner convention.

The jds/ capture write is NOT changed: its epoch-suffixed name is collision-free by construction, and the sanitize+bound content contract (CodeQL #755) already landed in v1.268.1.
Test count 7699 → 7704 (+5: the behavioral report-save suite).
