Fixed

• Sidebar group headers join the truncation contract (CAR-219) — group toggle labels (.nav-v2-toggle > span) now truncate with an ellipsis and carry a localized tooltip through the same syncLabelTitles() mechanism as the CAR-203 nav items; the chevron never shrinks, the toggle stays clickable, RTL holds. Red-first pin in tests/nav-v2.test.mjs (+1 → 7082 tests).

Changed

• cvstart.org copy ships in all 19 languages (CAR-220) — meta.helpDesc, helpTeaser.c1.desc and faq.a2 are translated in every site locale (they were EN-only in v1.264.1 by design); GitHub Pages shipped the upgraded copy live on cvstart.org.
• Backlog + review hygiene (CAR-221/222) — the six «port when merged upstream» items are closed: all seven upstream PRs are merged, four items were already ported, two are parent-side. docs/reviews/REVIEW-2026-10-31-v1.264.1.md lands (0 HIGH / 0 MED, three LOW follow-ups recorded in BACKLOG), and the parent-sync port-list is recorded (6 PORT / 3 VERIFY / the apple-source gap; upstream tail 118 commits @ VERSION 1.38.0).

Notes

• The changelog mirror-stamp fix (92a05fcf) rides in this tag: every paginated mirror on cvstart.org now carries the generating release version, so the site-build-after-fanout grader finally exercises its real logic instead of skipping.
• Deliberately not done: throttling the remaining mutating POSTs (review LOW №3) and the trust-proxy bucket coupling — recorded in BACKLOG for the next hardening wave. CAR-141 (demo video) remains the owner's.
• Tests 7081 → 7082 (+1 CAR-219 pin); Playwright 176; registry unchanged 123 = 118 EN + 5 RU · 118 adapters.
