Sidebar pills truncate long localized labels gracefully (CAR-203) — the nav label span is now a proper flex citizen (min-width: 0 + overflow: hidden + text-overflow: ellipsis + nowrap in v2-nav.css), and syncLabelTitles() in nav-v2.js mirrors the localized label into the tooltip through the same data-i18n key (zero new i18n keys) — the long «Профинансированные компании» is readable again on hover instead of being hard-clipped by the row's overflow: hidden. The 44 px touch target, active paint and RTL mirror are untouched; red-first pin in tests/nav-v2.test.mjs.
One 480 s evaluation ceiling for every locale (CAR-218) — remote-QA v1.264.0 caught transient 502 · 300 s · 0 ch evaluations on es and zh-CN (the spot re-run passed, but the wall was real). EVAL_TIMEOUT_MS is now 480_000 and evalTimeoutMs(lang) returns it unconditionally — GEMINI_EVAL_TIMEOUT_MS and the auto-pipeline inherit. The locale-aware token budget from CAR-174 (16384 / 32768) stays the only per-locale split.

cvstart.org FAQ carries exact source counts (CAR-217) — {sources} job-board sources: {sourcesEn} international boards plus {sourcesRu} Russian ones substituted from facts.json, which is generated from the live registry (123 = 118 EN + 5 RU), so the numbers can never drift; locales still on the older ~{adapters} wording keep rounding via adaptersRounded. EN copy upgrades ride along (meta.helpDesc, helpTeaser.c1.desc, faq.a2 name the command menu, grouped pipeline with undo and the kanban tracker).

Deliberately not done: the site i18n copy upgrades (meta.helpDesc / helpTeaser.c1.desc / faq.a2) stay EN-only this release — other locales keep correct-but-rounder wording until the next docs wave (their faq.a7 gains the exact-count placeholders where translated). CAR-141 (demo video) remains the owner's; the superseded car136/m141 branch was deleted with its ideas recorded on the Linear task (recoverable via tag archive/car136-m141).
Tests 7041 → 7075 (CAR-203 pin + CAR-218 pin rewrites); Playwright 176; registry unchanged 123 = 118 EN + 5 RU · 118 adapters.
