[1.246.0] — 2026-10-09

All ten top findings from the CAR-48 senior-design sweep are fixed — the blocker and all seven majors included.

Fixed

  • Apply dark: the info-card link is visible again. The card kept its light surface in dark mode; the “Need Playwright? See …” link sat at ≈1.0:1. Theme-aware .callout--info (surface/border/text/link tokens) puts the dark link at ≈7.3:1.
  • RTL no longer flips numeric compositions. Score pills (“1.5 / 5”), report bands (“≥ 4.5”, “< 3.5”) and the dashboard “/ 5.0” get directional isolation (LTR-isolated spans); the ar dictionary rephrases numeric ranges in words where prose reads better.
  • CV markdown stays LTR. The textarea and the preview render dir="ltr" in Arabic; the chrome around them stays RTL.
  • Reports DATE column never wraps an ISO date again (nowrap + tabular numerals).
  • The sidebar ends above the USAGE HUD (scrollport reserve + fade) — the last nav item is no longer scrolled under the panel; mirrored for RTL.
  • Mobile scan @390: “Save search” is fully visible — the controls row wraps and compresses instead of clipping at the viewport edge.
  • Map controls follow the dark theme (zoom, layers, attribution). The tiles themselves stay as-is by design: the tile origin is pinned server-side by the CSP img-src directive, and client-side layer swapping would mean changing a security header.
  • The chat FAB no longer covers interactive content — page scroll padding clears it (Portals Disable buttons, Reports score pill, the two-pager input, Leaflet attribution).
  • Activity log speaks the UI language: 22 action slugs localized ×18 locales (with a raw-id fallback for unknown ones) and the filter chips translate; the TARGET column stays — auto-pipeline fills it.
  • Assessments forms get real labels (sentence case, htmlFor/id binding) instead of placeholder-only fields.

Notes

  • Not in this release: dark map tiles (needs a CSP img-src addition for a dark tile origin — a server-side change, deliberately not done client-side); dark variants of the yellow callouts (config, batch) — the callout token mechanics are in place for a follow-up.
