Fixed

• Deployable release cut as v1.243.2. The v1.243.1 tag was re-pointed after publishing, and the server's git fetch --tags correctly refuses to clobber an existing tag — so v1.243.1 was never deployable. This tag carries the identical tree (the tracker outcome-modal window-listener fix on top of v1.243.0) plus this version bump. Nothing else changed; the published npm 1.243.1 tarball already contained the fix.

Notes

• App code is identical to v1.243.1 — only the deployable tag is fresh (the server's git fetch --tags refused the re-pointed v1.243.1).
• Deliberately not done: force-updating the server-side tag (published tags are never moved).
